Startronic Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot 289/290. We don't have a complicated address with a lot of street names, just the plot numbers. It’s a straightforward setup where we do our work. We aren't a big corporation with a hundred different departments. We are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The building itself is pretty basic. We have the space we need for the chemicals and the pharmaceuticals we handle, and that’s about it. There isn't much to look at from the outside, just the walls and the door. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure we have everything recorded right. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking labels. Some days the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it’s raining and the yard gets muddy, but we manage. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just come in, do the job, and go home. People who need to find us usually know where we are because we’ve been at these plots for some time. We don't do any big advertising. We just rely on the fact that we are here and we do what we say we are going to do. It’s a simple way of life for us. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the business going. No bells or whistles, just the plots and the work.
