If you head over to Peenya Industrial Area, specifically 9th Cross in the 4th Phase, you’ll find us at No. 349/350. Starrag India Private Limited has been set up here for a bit. It’s a busy part of town, always sounds like machines or trucks outside. Inside, we just try to keep things orderly. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing where everyone is worried about their titles. We’re more about the actual machines and making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. The office is tucked away in the industrial zone, which makes sense for what we do. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specs. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that’s the biggest drama of the week. We’ve got a mix of older guys who know everything and some newer people learning the ropes. Peenya is a huge place, so we’re glad to have our spot settled. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or expensive lobby furniture. Most of our space is used for the work itself. We deal with parts and technical requests all day long. It can be repetitive, but it’s what we know. We just want to get through the day’s tasks without any major hiccups and make sure the stuff we send out is right. It’s a solid routine that we’ve built up over time here in Bangalore. We just keep our heads down and work without too much fuss or ceremony.
