Standard Build Infrastructure Ltd

Our office for Standard Build Infrastructure Ltd is situated in the Bangalore area, specifically over at H. S. Suribhatta. Being in Karnataka, we are used to the local way of doing business, which is usually a mix of being busy and dealing with some of the local bureaucracy. The office itself is pretty basic. We don’t have leather chairs or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and trying to coordinate with the crews out in the field. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the weather in Bangalore throws a wrench in the plans, especially when the rains hit hard, but we just wait it out and get back to it. We have some old maps on the walls and plenty of binders full of project notes. It’s a bit of a dusty place sometimes because of all the site materials coming in and out. We don’t worry too much about having a polished image. We just want to make sure the building projects are moving along as they should. There are a few of us here who have worked together for a long time, so we know how to handle the daily stresses of the construction industry. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the feeling of finishing a project after months of work.
