Standard Build Infrastructure Ltd operates out of our office at 28/303 Mantri Residency. We are right on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore, which anyone around here knows can be a nightmare for traffic. Our space is tucked into the residency building, so it feels more like a home-based setup than a big corporate headquarters. We mostly deal with the nuts and bolts of infrastructure and construction projects. Some days the office is quiet because everyone is out at various sites checking on progress. Other days, it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in to drop off invoices or look at site maps. We have a couple of computers that are always running and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting the building work done properly. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small crew of us trying to keep everything organized. The Bangalore heat can be a lot, but the office stays okay most of the time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or coordinates with contractors and laborers. It is hard work and sometimes things get delayed, which is just how construction goes. We try to keep things simple and honest without any of the big talk you hear from larger firms. It’s just us doing our best with the infrastructure jobs we take on.
