Staff Leader

Staff Leader is located in the Manipal Centre on Dickenson Road. Our office number is N401. Manipal Centre is one of those big, well-known buildings in Bangalore 560042. It’s got a lot of different businesses inside. We are up on the fourth floor. Most of our time is spent talking to people who are looking for jobs or companies that need to hire someone. It’s a lot of resumes and interviews. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to talk to them and see where they might fit. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of phone lines. Dickenson Road is always crowded, and finding parking can be a bit of a headache, but the location is central. The staff here has been around for a while. We know how the hiring process works and all the little problems that can come up. It’s a lot of coordinating schedules and making sure people show up for their appointments. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most polished firm. We just show up every day, answer the calls, and try to help people find a decent place to work.
