We are over here at Ss Builders And Consultant, right across from the Maruthi Layout bus stop in Nagarbhavi. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the buses are pulling in and out. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and try to figure out the best way to get things built. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by stacks of files and samples of different materials like tiles or bricks. The phone rings a lot, usually someone asking about a project or a contractor calling from a site. Nagarbhavi has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here watching it happen from our window. Sometimes we go out to the sites, which means dealing with the Bangalore traffic, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their plans and what they want their place to look like. It gets a bit dusty in the office sometimes because of all the samples, but we don’t mind it much. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from looking at drawings. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here, nothing too complicated. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to stay on top of all the paperwork that comes with construction and consulting. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’re used to the rhythm of this neighborhood now.
