S.R.S.Constructions Pvt .Ltd is based in Malleshwaram, which is one of the older, nicer parts of Bangalore. We are over at 189 (the old number was 64) on 5th Cross Road in the M.D. Block. H.R. Sangameshawara and Srinivasan run the show here. Malleshwaram has that old-school Bangalore feel with the trees and the temples, but it’s still busy. Our office is a simple place where we manage all our construction jobs. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just us and some files and maybe some samples of bricks or tiles laying around. Working in construction in Bangalore means dealing with a lot of traffic and tight spaces, especially in areas like 560003. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and checking on various sites. It’s not always easy, and things often go off-schedule because of the weather or traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't looking to be some giant corporation. We’re just a local business doing construction work. People stop by to chat about their building plans and we give them a straight answer. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with all the blueprints and coffee mugs everywhere, but that’s how we work. We've been around 5th Cross Road for a long time and we know almost everyone on the block. It’s home for us.
