Our office is a simple place where we handle all our business matters. It’s not one of those flashy tech park offices you see in other parts of the city. We have a more traditional setup that feels a bit more personal. Some days we are just buried in paperwork and other days we are out and about. There is always a lot of movement in Mico Layout. We’ve got a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything to keep things running. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and see people actually working. No big corporate barriers or complicated layers. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Bannergatta Road is always a hive of activity, and being just off it gives us a good balance. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just rely on doing our job and being part of the local business community. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup, but that’s just life here. We like it this way in Bangalore.
