Our office is situated in Vegus Colony, which is part of Mariapura in the Bangalore South Taluk. Specifically, we are at the D/O Alphonse address, near the Thattuguppe Post. It is a bit out of the way compared to the busy city center, which has its pros and cons. The air is a bit cleaner here, but getting materials delivered can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. We focus on construction and project management. It is a family-style operation, and we don't have any of those polished corporate vibes. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. The office is basically part of the home setup, so it feels very personal. We spend a lot of our time on the road, checking in on various sites across the south of the city. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. We deal with the heat, the dust, and the occasional problem with suppliers. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our clients are people from the local area who know us by name. We just try to do a solid job so we can keep working. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing a project go from a plan on paper to a real building is a good feeling.
