Our office for Sriram Properties Limited is located at 33, Sri Kuladevata Prasanna in Bangalore. We are tucked away behind TR Hospital on Kothanur Dinne Main Road. If you know JP Nagar 7th Phase, you know it is a place that has seen a lot of development lately. The building itself is easy to spot once you get off the main road. Being behind a hospital means it is relatively quiet compared to the main stretch, but the traffic on Kothanur Dinne can be a real headache during peak hours. We deal with property matters here. It involves a lot of looking at maps, talking to buyers, and keeping track of different sites around the city. The office has a very local feel to it. It is not like those corporate parks you see in Whitefield. We have a regular routine where we come in, check the messages, and handle whatever land or house queries have come in. Sometimes the rains in Bangalore make the commute a bit of a mess, but the area stays lively. People often drop in to ask about plots or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. We have been in this spot for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It is just a small team of us working through the paperwork and making sure everything is in order. The desks are a bit cluttered with documents and the tea is usually lukewarm, but we get the job done.
