Sriram Harbels

You can find Sriram Harbels over at No. 31/1 in Seetharampalya, right in the Mahadevpura area. This part of town has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed right here. We deal with various herbal products and natural supplies. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling the storage and the local deliveries. The space isn’t huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack the bags and containers. It smells like dried leaves and earth inside most days, which is a nice change from the city smells outside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us answering the phone and writing down orders on paper pads. People come to us because they know we’ve been in Seetharampalya for a while and we don’t play games with our prices. We try to keep the shelves stocked, but sometimes things move faster than we expect. Mahadevpura is busy, so getting stuff in and out can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing the herbal goods people ask for. It’s a quiet kind of business, and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in because we don't want to sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. It's mostly just about being reliable for the people who depend on us. If the door is locked, we are probably just in the back moving some heavy crates around.
