Srinivasa Security Services

We’ve been running Srinivasa Security Services from our office on Kamanahalli Main Road for a while now. It’s right near Kullappa Circle, so people around the Kammanahalli area usually know where we are. We basically handle security guards and keep an eye on things for different places. It started out small but we’ve kept at it. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we organize the schedules and meet the staff before they head out to their shifts. Dealing with people is the main part of the job. Some days are busier than others, especially when someone doesn't show up and we have to shuffle things around quickly. We try to keep things steady. The traffic around the circle can get pretty bad in the evenings, which sometimes makes it hard for the guys to get here on time, but we manage. Most of the people working with us live nearby, which helps a lot. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local team doing the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and the phone doesn't stop ringing. That's just how it goes here. If you walk past the building near the circle, you'll see our sign. We're usually inside sorting out the rosters or talking to the guards about their posts. It’s a simple setup, really. We just take things as they come and try to keep everyone on the right schedule.
