Srinivasa Developers

We have our office here in Hosapalya, specifically on the second floor of this building in Bommanahalli. Srinivasa Developers is just a small team of us working out of this space in Bangalore. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic, but we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly spend our time looking at plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with building stuff. People usually find us by looking for the first cross street near the main road. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical place where we get things done. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and talk about what needs to happen next on the current projects. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. We know the neighbors pretty well since we've been at this address for a bit. If you’re coming by, look for number 47/1. We try to keep things simple here. Dealing with land and construction in a city like Bangalore can get complicated, so we just focus on the task at hand. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. It’s just how it is. We show up, do the work, and go home. That's pretty much what we do at Srinivasa Developers every day. It gets loud outside sometimes with all the vehicles passing through Bommanahalli, but you get used to it.
