You can find us over in Victoria Layout at No.102 on 1st Cross. We are right behind Das Weld, which is usually the best way to explain the location to anyone coming by. Srinivas & Khan Architects Interior Designer is a bit of a long name, but we are just a small team working on houses and commercial spaces. The office is pretty straightforward. We have our drafting tables and some computers, and there is usually a stack of tile or wood samples sitting on the floor somewhere. Victoria Layout is a central spot, so we end up traveling all over Bangalore from here. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of history, and we like that vibe. Our days are mostly spent on the phone with suppliers or sketching out ideas for a kitchen or an office layout. We don't really have a slick marketing team or a scripted way of talking. We just tell people what we think will work and what won't. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to stay late to fix a mistake, which is just part of the job. It's a practical business. We enjoy the process of seeing a dusty site turn into something finished. We aren't fancy people, we just like the hands-on part of design and making sure the client gets what they actually asked for without any fuss.
