Our office is at No. 165, which we call Yeshoda Nilaya. It’s on 5th Cross in Vinayaka Nagarara, over in the Mv Extension part of Hoskot. It is a quiet residential area mostly. We’ve been practicing here for a long time. The office is basically a few rooms filled with books and files that have been stacking up over the years. It smells like old paper in here most of the time. We spend our days meeting with people who have various legal issues or need help with their property documents. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls or shiny floors. We have some sturdy wooden tables and some chairs that have seen better days. Most of our clients are locals from around Hoskot who just walk in or call us. We try to keep things simple and explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much complicated legal jargon. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit loud, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We work long hours, especially when there are a lot of court dates coming up in the week. It’s a small firm, just a couple of us handled everything ourselves. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks or rings the bell.
