Srinidhi Constructions

We are located in Mathikere, specifically at Plot No 7 on 1st Cross in Venkataramanappa Thota. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a busy area in Bangalore. We share the space with U. Sukumar and Manjappa. The office is tucked away in Mohankumarnagar. It’s a tight space with lots of papers and architectural drawings scattered everywhere on the tables. Bangalore traffic makes it hard to get around, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for people to arrive for meetings. We have a small team here. It’s mostly about managing the local building projects we’ve got going on right now. The building we are in is older, so the walls have some marks and the windows rattle when big trucks go by on the main road. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing people. It’s just us doing the daily tasks like ordering materials or checking on permits. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. It’s a messy, busy office, but we know where everything is. People usually find us by word of mouth in this part of town. We just keep working through the list every day and try to stay organized despite the chaos.
