Our spot for Srimatha Eco Service is in Havanur Extension, specifically at Gokuldham Society 15. It’s a fairly quiet residential area compared to the city center, which makes the work feel a bit different. We usually start the day quite early, getting the gear ready before the neighborhood really wakes up. There’s a lot of sorting through things and making sure everything is headed to the right place. The work can be a bit dirty, and we’re often out in the sun for hours at a time. The van we use has seen better days, but it still runs. We know most of the people who live around Gokuldham Society because we’re there so often. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Usually, we’re in old clothes that can handle a bit of grease or dirt. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized on the dashboard, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. The garage where we keep the supplies is a bit cramped, so you have to be careful not to trip over the bins. We just focus on getting the tasks done and moving on to the next house or street. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. When the rain comes, we have to scramble to get everything under the tarp.
