Srikar & Associates Pvt.Ltd is found in the 3rd Phase, 4th Block of Bangalore 560085. This is an older part of the city and it feels very established. Our office is a modest space that fits our needs perfectly. It is not a very large area, but we have managed to arrange the desks and cabinets so that everyone has a spot to work. It can feel a bit crowded when the whole team is here, but we make it work. The Bangalore weather is usually pleasant, so we like to keep the windows open to catch the breeze. You can hear the birds chirping in the trees before the morning traffic gets too loud. The 4th Block is a busy place with many small shops and homes all mixed together. We do not have a polished reception desk or anyone wearing a suit to greet people. Usually, whoever is sitting closest to the door will just get up and see who it is. We spend most of our hours typing or looking through the old records we keep in the back. It is a very practical environment where we don't like to waste money on things that aren't necessary. The furniture is a bit mismatched because it was bought at different times, and a few of the chairs make a noise when you sit down. We just come in, finish the tasks on our list, and try to head out before the evening traffic becomes a problem.
