Sri Venkateshwara Generators

We are Sri Venkateshwara Generators, and we share our space with the engineering works at number 23. You can find us near Minerva Circ, on Tank Bund Road in the Journalist Colony. It is a busy spot with a lot of movement and traffic all day long. We spend our time fixing and maintaining all kinds of generators. The shop is usually a bit greasy because that is just the nature of engine work. We have parts scattered around and tools on every available bench. It isn't the tidiest place you will ever see, but we know exactly where everything is located. People come to us when their power goes out or they need some backup for their own buildings. We just get the engines running again as quickly as we can. The traffic on Tank Bund Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have been in Journalist Colony for a good while now. Most of the regulars around here know us by name. We do not do much advertising; we just wait for the phone to ring or someone to pull up at the door with a problem. It is honest work that keeps the lights on for other people. Sometimes the grease is hard to get off our hands at night, but we do not mind much. We are just local mechanics doing what we know best in the shop.
