Our office is located at No.668/3 on Richmond Road, though a lot of our time is actually spent out in Krishnarajapuram. It’s a bit of a commute between the two, but that’s just how the business goes when you’re dealing with land and building projects. The Richmond Road office is where we handle all the heavy paperwork, the permits, and the legal stuff that comes with developing land. It’s an old-school kind of place. We have big maps pinned to the walls and stacks of files that probably need better organizing. We’ve been working in this field for many years, so we’ve seen how the land prices and the building rules have shifted back and forth. It’s a lot of responsibility, taking a patch of earth and turning it into something useful, and we don’t take that lightly. We aren't the type to wear suits and give slick presentations. Usually, we’re in dusty shoes because we just came back from a site visit. We talk to people plainly about what can be built and how long it’s actually going to take, without making promises we can’t keep. The building trade is tough and there are always delays or hiccups, but we just stay at it until the job is done. It’s a local operation, run by people who live and work right here in the community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next plot of land.
