Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Radhakrishna Complex. The room number is 303 and we are right on Dr Rajkumar Road in the 6th Block of Rajajinagar. It is a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so we hear the honking from the street all day long. Rajajinagar is an older part of town and it has a very specific feel to it. Our office has been here for years. It is a bit cramped with all the furniture and boxes of files, but we know where everything is. Usually, there are three or four of us sitting around the big table. We do not have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door to see who it is. The building itself is older and you can see the wear on the stairs. We like being in this area because there are plenty of small places to grab a quick bite for lunch. We usually take turns going out so someone is always here to answer the phone. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but we have to keep the big lights on in the afternoon. It is a simple setup for a private company. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done without making much of a fuss.
