Sri Lakshmi Auto Mobiles is based in Yeshwantpur at 13/21-4. We are right in the middle of a very busy part of town. Our shop is full of spare parts, engine oil, and all the bits and pieces that keep cars and bikes running. It usually smells a bit like grease and rubber in here, which is expected for an auto shop. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling loaded with boxes. Sometimes we have to climb a ladder to find that one specific part someone is looking for. The traffic in Yeshwantpur is always heavy, so there are plenty of people who stop by because they have a noise in their engine or a light that won't turn off. We aren't a big dealership with a lobby and free coffee. We are just a local shop where you can get your vehicle looked at without a lot of fuss. Our hands are usually dirty by noon, and that is just how the day goes. We have been here at this location for years and have seen the roads get wider and the buildings get taller. We just keep doing what we know best. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when it’s hot out, but we like being around engines and fixing things. People trust us because we tell them straight what is wrong and what it will cost. It's not a fancy job, but it is ours and we are proud of it.
