Sri Balaji Maintenance Services

We set up Sri Balaji Maintenance Services over in Vasanth Nagar quite some time ago. It’s just a small office at number 1, mostly used for storing ladders, buckets, and a whole lot of cleaning supplies. We’re usually out at various buildings across the neighborhood instead of sitting behind a desk. Maintenance work is never really done, there's always a leak somewhere or a hallway that needs a good scrub. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we kind of know what to expect from each other. Sometimes the van breaks down or we run out of a specific fuse, and we have to scramble a bit, but that's just life in this business. We handle the basic stuff that keeps a building running without making too much of a fuss about it. Vasanth Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a broken gate or making sure the water tanks are okay. It’s not glamorous work, and we get our hands dirty every single day. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if you call, you're talking to one of us who just stepped off a ladder. We just try to get the jobs done and move on to the next one. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years.
