Sri Balaji Constructions

We operate Sri Balaji Constructions out of Kammanahalli Phase V, specifically at K H B Colony 15. It’s a residential-feeling area which we like. Our space is mostly for storing our gear and taking meetings. We’ve been doing this kind of work for a long time. It involves a lot of dusty boots and early mornings. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Usually, someone just hears about us from their neighbor and gives us a call. We go over, look at the site, and tell them what can be done. It’s straightforward. Some projects take longer than others depending on the rain or if the materials show up on time. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this colony. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It’s a small operation, just us and a few regular guys we trust. We don’t like to overcomplicate things. If a wall needs fixing or a room needs adding, we just do it. The office is small and usually smells like coffee and damp paper. We spend more time on the road than sitting behind a desk anyway. It’s just the nature of the business. We keep our tools sharp and our trucks running. People around Kammanahalli know we’re reliable enough to show up when we say we will. That’s enough for us. We just keep building things one brick at a time.
