We are located in the Manikanta Complex on Hessargatta Main Road. It’s right across from the Ashirvad Grond Hotel, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the Bone Mill area. Sri Balaji Architect And Design is basically just us working on designs and architectural plans for whoever walks in. Being near Sapthagiri Engineering College means there’s always a lot of students and traffic around. We’ve been here for a bit now. We don't really go in for those big, flashy presentations. We just sit down with a pencil and paper or the computer and figure things out. People come to us when they have a plot of land and don't know where to start. We’ve seen all sorts of requests. Some are simple, some make us scratch our heads for a few days. That’s just the nature of design work. We keep the office open and try to stay productive. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients. We just want to get the measurements right and make sure the walls end up where they should. The noise from the main road is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the drawings. It’s honest work, and we enjoy seeing something go from a sketch to a real building. We’re just local folks trying to do a good job. Nothing fancy about it.
