Sreshta Developers P Ltd is based out of the New Sekhar Reddy Building, specifically at No 4, 748/14 in Basapura. We are located just off Hosur Road in Bangalore, which means we spend a lot of our lives listening to the roar of the highway traffic. It’s a 560100 pincode area, and it’s growing fast. The building we are in is practical and does the job. We have our office space there where we deal with all the developer work. It’s a lot of maps, blueprint copies, and constant phone calls to contractors. Bangalore is a tough place for developers because everything changes so quickly. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons buried under documents in Basapura. It’s not a flashy lifestyle; it’s mostly just trying to stay organized in a city that’s always under construction. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s business. We drink way too much coffee from the machine in the corner. Sometimes the lifts in the building act up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s a straightforward operation without any big corporate layers. We just show up, do the work, and try to get home before the Hosur Road traffic gets even worse in the evening. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day at Sreshta. It is just the way it is.
