Sreenivasa Builders

Sreenivasa Builders is located over in KP Agrahara in Bangalore. Our office is at B-172 on the 13th Main, right near 1st Cross. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always noise from the street and people moving about. M. Soundaiah owns the place where we work. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and talking to vendors on the phone. Building things in a place like Bangalore means dealing with a lot of dust and those narrow streets where the trucks can barely fit. Sometimes we have to wait until late at night to move materials because the 13th Main gets so clogged during the day. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we keep our boots and measuring tapes. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work pretty well, and there’s always a thermos of tea somewhere on a desk. People stop by to ask about their house repairs or new projects they are thinking about. We don’t have a big marketing team, so it’s just us answering the door and the phone. We try to keep things straightforward. If we say we will be at a site, we try our best to get there, even if the Bangalore traffic has other plans. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We just do the work as it comes.
