Sreemangala Glass & Plywoods

Our shop is over in Rajajinagar, specifically in Mahaganapathi Nagar. We are at Shop No 3, right across from Warriyar Bakery. If you can smell the fresh bread, you are definitely in the right place. At Sreemangala Glass & Plywoods, we handle a lot of glass and plywood, so the space is usually stacked high with boards and sheets of all sizes. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in on a truck. We have been in this part of 1st Stage for a while now. The 5th Phase is a busy area, but it still has a good local feel to it. People stop by when they are working on their houses or fixing up a shop nearby. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just selling the materials that people need to build things. The plywood smells like sawdust and the glass has to be moved very carefully, so we are always telling people to watch their step when they walk in. It is a regular shop, nothing too fancy at all. We don't spend much time on decorations or marketing. We just make sure we have enough stock and that the sizes are cut right for the orders. Most days are spent moving heavy things and talking to contractors who are usually in a hurry. It is a lot of physical work. We like being near the bakery because it is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before.
