Sreekanth Construction

Our place, Sreekanth Construction, is at 322 on the 9th Cross in Nandini Layout. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, seeing the area grow and change around us. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy like those city firms. We have a small office where we keep all our tools and records in order. Most of the time, we’re out on various sites, but this is where we come back to handle the boring paperwork. The 9th Cross is a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on numbers. We aren't the type of people to use fancy titles or sit in large boardrooms. We’re usually in our work clothes, ready to get out there. The office has a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of dust from the different projects we’re working on. We don't have a secretary; if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a very direct way of working. We know the people around here and they know us by name. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth from neighbors has always been how we get by. Dealing with the heavy rain or the summer heat is just part of the job for us. Nandini Layout is a solid place to be based. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure things get done. It’s not always pretty, but it’s honest work for us.
