Sree Mani Industries

Sree Mani Industries is tucked away in Jalahalli West Shaniwar Peth here in Pune. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Most days it’s just us working through the piles of orders that come in from the local workshops. The street gets pretty busy around noon so we try to get the heavy loading finished early in the morning before the traffic builds up. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just machines and a bit of space to keep the raw materials. People know where to find us if they need something specific made up. The heat in the workshop can get a bit much during the summer months but we’re used to it. My cousin helps out with the accounts when things get too messy on the desk. We mostly stick to our own work and make sure whatever leaves the shop is done right. Pune 411030 is where we’ve always stayed because the connections to other parts of the city are decent enough. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon which slows us down but we just grab some tea and wait it out. It’s not a complicated life here at the factory. We just do the job and go home to our families. If you’re coming by, look for the blue gate. Sometimes the sign is a bit dusty but we are usually there from nine until late evening depending on how much work is left.
