Sree Lakshmi Lubricants

If you know the Peenya area, you probably know where Marwadi Estate is. We are at number 15. It’s an industrial part of town so it’s always dusty and loud with trucks moving around. Sree Lakshmi Lubricants is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We deal with oils and greases all day so our hands are rarely clean. It is a tough environment but someone has to do it. We have been here for a good stretch of time and we know most of the drivers and workshop owners in the estate. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. People just know we are here at Peenya and they come by when they need something for their machines or vehicles. The warehouse is usually full of drums and cans. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons but we have a couple of fans going. It isn't a glamorous job but it is necessary. We just focus on getting the right stuff to the people who ask for it. There is a small tea stall around the corner where we take our breaks. It’s a simple life. We don't make big promises or use fancy talk. We just sell lubricants and try to keep things moving. The estate is a busy place and we are just one small part of it.
