We are located right near the Chennasandra railway bridge in Bangalore. If you know that area, you know how busy the Ramurthynagar Main Road gets. It is always loud with the trains passing by and the traffic outside our door. We have been operating out of Dayananda Layout for a bit now. Our office at number 15 is just a regular building where we sit and plan out projects. We don't have any fancy posters or a big marketing team. It’s mostly just us looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes we go out to the sites and get our boots muddy. Bangalore weather is usually nice, but the dust around the railway bridge can be a lot. We have a few desks and a water cooler that always seems to run out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who live nearby. We focus on building things that actually stand up. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and developments. The team is small, so we all know each other well. We have had our ups and downs like any other business in this city. It’s hard work, but we keep showing up every morning. Usually, the first thing we do is clear the dust off the tables before the day starts. We are just local builders making a living in this busy city.
