Spirit The Complete Family Fitness Studio

Our place is over in Nagarbhavi, specifically on the 3rd Floor of No.18 on 4th Main Road. We’re quite close to the Skyline Apartments, so a lot of our regulars are just neighbors from the blocks nearby. It’s called Spirit The Complete Family Fitness Studio, mostly because we see everyone from teenagers to older folks coming through the doors. The walk up to the third floor gets your heart rate up before you even start. Dwaraka Nagar is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice. We spend a lot of time just tidying up the mats and making sure the fans are running. It’s a practical space. Nothing is overly shiny or brand new, but everything works. People tend to chat a lot here, which makes the time go by faster. We’ve seen kids grow up and start training here themselves. It’s just a local business trying to stay helpful in the neighborhood. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit tight, especially in the evenings when everyone gets home from work. We just try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If you live near Skyline, you probably already know where we are. It’s just a basic, honest gym floor for the families around this part of Bangalore. We don't have any fancy posters or big promises, just some gear and enough light to see what you are doing.
