Spirit Fit

Spirit Fit is spread across the first and third floors of building 18 on 4th Main in Dwaraka Nagar. We are right at the entrance of Canara Bank Colony in Chandra Layout. The Skyline City Apartments are very close by, so a lot of our members walk over from there. Having two floors is a bit unusual but it lets us separate the heavy weights from the other stuff. You might find yourself running up and down the stairs between sets if you are doing a full circuit. The building is not brand new but we try to keep everything in working order. The first floor gets a lot of light during the day. Chandra Layout is a nice neighborhood and we get a lot of locals who have lived here forever. It is not one of those huge corporate gyms where nobody knows your name. Here, people tend to nod at each other after a week or two. We have the standard equipment you would expect. Nothing overly fancy, just the practical tools for getting fit. The staff is around to help move things or clean up after the rush hours. It is a solid, local spot for anyone nearby. Sometimes the parking out front is tight, but people manage to find a gap. It is a down-to-earth place where you can just focus on your own health.
