You can find us at No.384, right across from Prabhaka Steel on Sampige Road in Malleswaram. This area is always bustling, and the noise of the traffic on the road is something we have just grown used to over time. We are situated right between the 8th and 9th Cross, so there is a constant stream of people walking by. The shop is filled with bags of all kinds. We have school bags, big suitcases for travel, and small pouches. Sometimes it feels like there are more bags than there is floor space. We spend a lot of our time adjusting the displays and making sure the zippers on everything are working correctly. Customers are always coming in to check if we can fix a broken strap or a stuck slider. Malleswaram is a busy neighborhood, and we see a lot of familiar faces from the local houses. The shop front is usually covered with a few hanging samples to show what we have in stock. It gets dusty because of the main road, so we are always wiping things down with a cloth. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the sales and the repairs. It is hard work standing all day, but we like being in this part of town. The smell of new canvas and plastic is what greets us every morning when we open up.
