We’re located over in Indira Nagar 1st Stage, specifically at number 5 on 9th Cross. Spectra Constructions Pvt Ltd has been based here for some time now. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for us to get around the city. The office is usually a bit of a mess with plans and samples of tiles or wood lying about on the floor. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out the technical details of our projects. Working in Indira Nagar means there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the 9th Cross gets a bit crowded with parked cars and delivery bikes. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and making sure the supplies arrive where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when things don't go as planned at the site. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We build things. That’s about it. There’s a small kitchen in the back where we make way too much coffee every morning. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know the area well and we’ve seen it change over the years. The office at number 5 is where all the planning happens before we head out to the dusty sites. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup for a construction team.
