We are over at No. 22 in R R Colony, which is part of the Basavanagar area in Bangalore. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of the city. We run our telesystems business out of this house. It feels more natural to work in a place like this than in a big glass tower. We have a few rooms set up with computers and testing equipment. There’s a small garden area in the front where we sometimes take our breaks or have a quick tea. The roads around here can be a bit narrow, and finding a parking spot is sometimes a challenge for visitors. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now. Most of our work involves technical support and managing systems for the people we serve. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. The atmosphere is very casual. We wear regular clothes and don't worry about being too formal. Sometimes the local power cuts happen, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We spend our days troubleshooting and making sure everything is aligned. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to where many of us live. It’s just a straightforward, local setup without any of the extra bells and whistles.
