Our office is located at 27/6 Sanky Road. It’s a well-known stretch of road in Bangalore, and being Space Matrix Design Consultants Pvt Ltd means we spend a lot of our time looking out at the traffic while thinking about interior layouts. We’ve been here for a bit, and the team is mostly just folks who like figuring out how an office or a room should actually function. We don’t do big speeches or use a lot of buzzwords. Most days involve sitting around a big table with a lot of coffee, looking at blueprints, and trying to figure out where the power outlets should go so nobody trips over cords. Sanky Road is usually pretty loud, but inside it’s mostly the sound of typing and people talking over design ideas. We have been doing this for years, and we’ve seen all sorts of trends come and go. We prefer to just stick to what works for the people who will actually use the space. It is a practical job. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or checking on materials. It isn't always glamorous, and there is often dust on our shoes from visiting sites. But we like it here. The 27/6 building is where we do all the heavy lifting, from the first sketch to the final punch list. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of technical drawings. It keeps us busy and the work is steady.
