We operate out of an apartment space in AG'S Layout, right near New Bell Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a fabrication business, but it works for us. Most of the time, we are out at different sites around Bangalore doing the actual installation and welding. The office part is just Flat G3 in the Panchajanya building. It’s where we keep the books and take the calls. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we spend a lot of our day just trying to get from one side of the city to the other with our tools rattling in the back of the van. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be measuring up a gate, and the next you’re trying to fix a welding machine that’s acting up. It gets pretty tiring, especially when the weather is humid and the work is heavy. We just try to do honest work without any fuss or corporate nonsense. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do the job and get paid so we can do it again the next day. It’s practical, hands-on work. If you come by the apartment, you might catch us going over some sketches or just taking a quick break with some tea before we head out again into the city.
