Southern Auto

Our place is over at No.17 on the 2nd Cross of J C Road, right in the Journalist Colony area near Thayappa Layout. If you know J C Road, you know it’s the place to be for anything involving cars and bikes. Southern Auto has been sitting in this spot for quite a bit. We carry a whole range of auto parts and accessories. The shop isn't very wide, but it goes back deep, and every inch of wall space is used for stocking items. Some days it feels like we’re playing a giant game of Tetris trying to find a specific light bulb or a mirror for a customer. We get all sorts of people walking in, from guys working on their own bikes to professional mechanics looking for bulk supplies. It’s a noisy neighborhood, always full of energy and the smell of oil and rubber. We don’t really have a big sign or anything too flashy out front. People just know where we are. We try to keep our prices fair, and we’re honest about what’s in stock and what’s not. Sometimes the rain makes the layout a bit messy, but we just mop it up and keep going. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby and understand the local vibe. No corporate scripts here, just straightforward talk about parts and repairs.
