Southam & Co

We are over at 18 St Marks Road, near Karve Road. This part of town has a lot of history and we feel like we are a small part of it. Our building is an older one, which gives the place a bit of character that you don't find in the newer developments. We have been at this address for quite a while now. The space inside is a bit uneven and the floors creak a little, but it suits us just fine. We do our daily work without much fuss. St Marks Road is a busy area with a lot of shops and offices around. We see a lot of the same faces every day as people go to their own jobs. Our setup is pretty traditional. We have our desks and our filing cabinets and we just get through the paperwork and tasks as they come. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and stay in business. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for visitors to find parking, but that’s the way it is in this part of the city. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People just know where we are. We've got our routine and we stick to it. It is a quiet, steady kind of business and we like it that way for now.
