You can find South India Chemicals over on A.S. Char Street, specifically in Nalband Lane at Street No 26/1A. It’s right across from the metro station, which is very handy for anyone coming to visit or for our workers. The lane itself is a bit narrow, so it can be tight for big trucks, but we make it work. We’ve been dealing with chemicals from this location for a long time. It’s an old part of the city, and the buildings are packed close together. Our office is a simple one, filled with files and the usual stuff you’d expect in a trade business. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking inventory. It’s a busy environment but we have a good rhythm going. Being near the metro has really changed the area, making it much more accessible than it used to be. When the trains go by at the station, you can hear a low rumble in the building, but it doesn't bother us much anymore. We just keep writing up our invoices and talking to the suppliers. We don’t have a big corporate structure here; it’s more like a small group of people who have worked together for years.
