We have been operating out of Azad Nagar for quite a while now. The shop is located on Gabriel Road, at number 48. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main markets, but we stay busy with the locals. We deal with various items that people need for building or fixing up their places. It is a small setup and we do not have many staff members. Usually, it is just one or two of us behind the counter. The shelves are packed with boxes and it takes a bit of time to find things sometimes. We do not have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people walking in. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it serves its purpose for us. We keep a ledger to track what goes in and out. Most of our customers are neighbors or builders who have been coming to us for years. We do not do much talking unless it is about the parts or the prices. Sometimes we sit outside on the plastic chairs when there are no customers. It is a simple way to run things. We focus on having what people ask for so they do not have to go all the way to the city center. It’s just a regular local agency doing its bit every day.
