Soundaraya Constructions

You can find us in Mysore, over in N.R. Mohalla. Our office is at house number 427, which is Manu Vijay’s place. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Linge Gowda is a name you might hear around here quite a bit too. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. It is just a regular house where we handle the construction business. Mysore is a bit slower than Bangalore, which suits us just fine. We like to take our time and make sure things are done the right way. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and a look at the schedule for the day. There are always people coming by to ask about building walls or fixing up old roofs. We have been part of this community for a long time. Our desks are old wooden ones and the chairs squeak a little, but they work. We don't use much fancy software; mostly we just write things down in big ledgers or on scraps of paper. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. The air in N.R. Mohalla is usually pretty clear, though it gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out. Usually, the weather is nice enough that we keep the front door propped open with a brick. We just keep working until the sun goes down and then head home.
