Our office is situated at No. 105 on 11th Main in J.C. Nagar. This is over in the Mahalakshmipuram post area of Bangalore. It is a typical local builder's office. You will see rolls of plans lying around and probably some dust on the shelves. We have been operating out of this part of Bangalore for a good while. J.C. Nagar is a busy area, and there is always construction or some kind of repair work happening nearby. We usually have people coming in and out all day long. Some are workers looking for instructions and others are just neighbors dropping by to say hello. It is not a very formal place. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front. If the door is open, you just walk in and find whoever is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries of sand or cement to different spots. The 560086 pincode area has grown a lot since we first started here. We have seen old houses get pulled down and new ones go up every year. It keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit until it comes back. It is just the way things go here. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it takes. There is always a lot of work to manage.
