Minii Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No: 24 25, which we call Mini House. We are located in the Mahaveer Oaks Layout, over in Soppahalli. It’s just off the Jigani - Anekal Road. This area is a bit outside the main city hustle, which is nice for the kind of work we do. The building is a decent size and we have enough room for our equipment and some office space. It’s mostly labs and storage areas inside. We don't get many walk-in visitors because of where we are situated, but people who have business with us know the way. The road can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but it’s manageable. We have a small team here. Most of us spend the day in lab coats or dealing with paperwork in the front office. It’s a quiet environment for the most part. We chose this layout because it offered the space we needed without the noise of the main road. The Mahaveer Oaks area is still developing, so there’s some construction going on nearby sometimes. We just focus on our tasks. There isn't a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just ring the bell and one of us will come out to see what’s needed. It’s a practical setup for a life sciences company. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows our orders by heart. It works for us.
