Socio Fitness

Socio Fitness is situated in Jayanagar 5th Block. We are on the 10th main road, at number 529/37-1. If you know where Namdhari Fresh is, we are on the 1st floor right above it. It is quite a convenient spot because you can finish your workout and then pick up some vegetables or whatever you need downstairs. The gym is just one big room mostly. We have the cardio machines near the front and the weights towards the back. Jayanagar is a nice area with a lot of trees, and we get some of that breeze when we open the windows in the morning. We have a mix of younger college kids and some of the older residents who have lived in the 5th block for decades. It is a friendly vibe, not too competitive. The floor is just standard tile with some mats laid over it. We do not have a fancy sound system, just some basic speakers that play the radio or some local tracks. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs. It is a simple, honest place to get some movement in. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just Socio Fitness, a local spot for local people. No big corporate rules or anything like that here. We just keep the space open for anyone who needs it.
