Sobvha Developers Ltd

Sobvha Developers Ltd is based out of Bangalore, down here in Karnataka. We’ve been working in the city for quite a while now, and we’ve seen how much it’s changed over the years. It used to be a lot quieter, but now there’s construction on every corner. We’re part of that, I suppose, though we try to stay focused on our own specific projects. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones or looking over blueprints. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk or corporate meetings that go on for hours. We prefer to get out to the sites and see what’s actually happening on the ground. Bangalore traffic makes that a challenge sometimes, but it’s just part of the job. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of coordination between different crews and suppliers. It’s not always a smooth process; there are always delays or some kind of mix-up with the plans. We just try to fix things and keep moving forward. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job on the buildings we’re responsible for. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it. Most of us have lived in Bangalore our whole lives, so we care about how the city looks. We’re just a bunch of people building stuff.
