Sobha Suburbia

Sobha Suburbia is tucked away over in Aswath Nagar, Bangalore. We are at No 5, on the 1st Main and 4th Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how these cross streets can get, but it’s a decent spot for us. Vinod Kc is usually the one you’ll run into if you drop by. We’ve been working out of this location for a while now, focusing on the suburbia side of things. It’s mostly residential talk around here. We spend our days dealing with property details and talking to people about where they want to live. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there is always something new happening with the plots and houses. We try to keep up with it all without getting too overwhelmed by the pace. It’s a lot of legwork, really. Sometimes we’re out looking at a site and other times we’re just sitting here answering the same questions about square footage. We don’t use a lot of big words or sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the land and the buildings. It’s a practical way to do business. We like the neighborhood here in Aswath Nagar; it’s got a good feel to it. It’s just a small operation trying to help people find a place in the suburbs. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
