Sobha Projects & Trade Pvt Ltd

You can find us at No 61, a building we call Kalpavruksha, which is located in Nrupathunga Nagar. We are right on the 2nd Cross in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. This part of the city has its own feel, and we have become a part of the local scenery over the years. Sobha Projects & Trade Pvt Ltd is the official name, but mostly we are just the folks at Kalpavruksha. JP Nagar 76 is a good area, though it gets a bit crowded during the evening hours when everyone is coming home from work. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some old fans keeping the air moving while we work. We spend our hours looking over project details and managing the trading side of the business. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say, so we just talk to people like normal humans. If there is a problem, we fix it. If there is work, we do it. We have a lot of regular people we deal with, and they know we aren't about big promises or corporate talk. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to work until it is time to go home. It’s a practical life, and we are quite content with how things are going in our little corner of the 7th Phase.
